How to Update Passport details as well as your recent photo

Before logging into the system please have a scanned copy of your passport ready as well as a scanned copy of your recent passport-size photo. Both should be saved in a folder on your laptop/desktop or in the gallery folder of your mobile phone.

Scan copy of passport should be as per following standards:

Standards for verifying pilgrims’ passports

• The passport image must be clear and complete, showing all essential information without cropping or blurriness.
• The passport image dimensions in pixels must fall within the following range: Height: minimum 400 and maximum 1200 - Width: minimum 400 and maximum 2000.
• The pilgrim’s personal photo must match the passport photo and belong to the same person.
• The passport image must not contain reflections, shadows, folds, or distortions that affect readability.
• The passport image must be original, unedited, and suitable for automated verification.

Standards for verifying pilgrims' photos

• The image must clearly show only the pilgrim’s face, with a light and uniform background and no additional elements.
• The face must be directly facing the camera with a neutral expression, without smiling or opening the mouth.
• The lighting must be balanced and clear, with no shadows, glare, or noise.
• The image must not be duplicated with another pilgrim’s photo in the system.
• The image must be original and unedited, with no filters or digital enhancements.
• The personal photo dimensions in pixels must be: Height: 640 - Width: 480.

Use your given username (usually your National ID Number). Enter your existing password and click the Login button. Then click on the Upload Passport button and update all the required fields.
