Licensing of Operators for Hadj 2026
Through an Exploression of Interest for Operators published on social media and in STAR of 31.08.25, associations / companies / jamaats / travel agents interested to act as Operator for Hadj 2026 were invited to submit their application on-line on ICC's e-hadj platform.
21 applications were rec as at closing date of 08.09.25
Assessment Criteria
The following criteria were used in the assessment exercise:
- Involvement in Hadj and Umrah
- Leadership skills
- Basic knowledge of Makkah and Madinah
- Islamic Profile
- Age and health factor
4 applicants failed and the remaining 17 were awarded a Provisional License (List below).
The deadline to secure minimum of 50 hadjis: 21st October 2025 at noon.

The ICC has requested the public to select future Hajj applicants who chose an operator from these 6 highlighted organisations to re-select from the remaining 11 operators on the online platform.
